制备了用于水汽变换反应的Pt/CeO2-ZrO2整体催化剂,考察了不同制备方法、洗涤工艺以及Ce-Zr氧化物的不同担载量等因素对水汽变换整体催化剂性能的影响。结果表明均相沉淀法制备的Ce-Zr氧化物在蜂窝表面形成均匀的涂层,催化剂的活性较高,最佳使用温度为 300℃。与水洗工艺相比,采用醇洗工艺可以适当提高催化剂的活性,并且当Ce-Zr担载量为20%-100%时,催化剂的活性随着担载量的增加而逐渐升高。还考察了空速和不同水气比这两个反应工艺参数对催化性能的影响。
The Pt / CeO2-ZrO2 monolithic catalyst for water vapor shift reaction was prepared. The effect of different preparation methods, washing process and different loadings of Ce-Zr oxide on the performance of the monolithic catalyst for water vapor shift was investigated. The results show that the homogeneous precipitation of Ce-Zr oxide formed a uniform coating on the honeycomb surface, the catalyst activity is high, the best temperature is 300 ℃. Compared with the washing process, the activity of the catalyst can be properly increased by the alcohol washing process, and when the Ce-Zr loading is 20% -100%, the catalyst activity gradually increases with the increase of the loading. The effects of the two reaction parameters (space velocity and different water vapor ratios) on the catalytic performance were also investigated.
