Alumina is a fight-emitting base material of a wide band gap that with excellent mechanical strength, thermal conductivity and chemical stability.Clay has the large specific surface areas and the ability to exchange with other cations.Therefore, this paper reoprt that the alumina / clay luminescent materials doped with europium oxide were prepared by using microwave sintering method at the reducing atmosphere.
