本文总结和对比分析了13种氨氮吸附剂的操作条件、氨氮去除率、吸附容量和投加吸附剂的费用,分析结果表明黏土类吸附剂中天然沸石、凹凸棒土、膨润土、稀土改性吸附剂、海泡石的氨氮去除率都在85%以上,吸附1kg氨氮吸附剂费用最低的是沸石,为4.29元,其次是凹凸棒土、膨润土,稀土改性吸附剂和海泡石药剂费用最贵.矿渣类吸附剂中粉煤灰和花生壳的氨氮去除率在75%以上,蔗渣、水淬渣和煤矸石的氨氮去除率在50%~70%之间,吸附1kg氨氮吸附剂费用最低的是煤矸石,为9.81元,其次是蔗渣、粉煤灰和花生壳,最贵的是水淬渣.竹炭和硬硅钙石二次粒子的吸附剂费用都在300元/kg氨氮,不适合选用.沸石的饱和吸附量高达46.56mg/g,是首选的一种天然吸附剂,矿渣类吸附剂的吸附容量仅为天然沸石的10%左右,需要研究其有效的改性方法,提高吸附容量,才能应用于实际工程.
