Breast cancer is the most common female cancer.More than 1 million women worldwide are affected by breast cancer and about 0.4 million patients die of the disease every year[1].So far, the effective specific biomarkers for breast cancer are still scarce.Since abnormal membrane proteins serve as ideal bio-markers for disease diagnosis, therapeutics and prognosis[2], single-stranded oligonucleotide molecules (aptamer) with molecular recognition properties can be used as efficient tools to sort cells based on differences in cell surface architecture between normal and tumor cells[2].
