  In the present study,the roles of Ca2+/CaM dependent protein kinase Ⅱ (CaMKⅡ) and Calf Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase (CIP) on the binding of calmodulin (CaM) to cardiac Cav1.2 channel were examined by pull-down assay method.
