The frequencies of vibration of bridges are useful for many purposes.Traditional vibration tests for measuring the bridge frequencies require on-site installation of the equipment,which is costly and inconvenient.The idea of using a vehicle moving over a bridge as a message carrier of the dynamic properties of the bridge was first explored by Yang et al.(2004).
