　　Once bone metastasis occurs,the chances of survival and quality of life for cancer patients decrease significantly.With the development of nanomedicine,nanocarriers loading bisphosphonates have been built to prevent cancer metastasis based on their enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)effects.
