The scientific and appropriate tools and methods to evaluate location of coastal wastewater discharge as a guideline for decision makers is indeed an urgent need to address the increasing threats of pollutant to coastal waters in China.The present study investigated the suitability of the Luoyuan Bay coastal areas for the establishment of sewage outfall using the proposed index system and Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) tool.Based on literature review,expert consultation and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP),an index system with two categories,5 sub-categories and 9 indicators including index grading and weighting were constructed.

从目前实际情况来看,行政事业单位的固定资产管理普遍存在一种"重投入、轻管理,重货币资产、轻固定资产"的现象,卫生监督系统单位对固定资产管理的会计监督相对弱化,这直接影响到卫生监督系统单位执法监督业务的开展、行政运转效率的提高以及国有资产的安全保值等方面.
