Negative thermal expansion material ZrMnMo3O12 is prepared by solid reaction method.In consideration of the structure phase transition behavior, temperature dependent Raman spectra are executed from room temperature (RT) to 373K (Fig.1(a)).According to the reports[1-2], Raman modes below 300 cm-1 are transverse vibration of bridge oxygen atom and translational and librational vibrations of polyhedra.The Raman modes near 300~400 cm-1 are ascribed to bending motions of MoO4 tetrahedra.The modes near 750~900 cm-1 are asymmetric stretching vibrations of the MoO4 tetrahedra.
