我们用能量为5 MeV,剂量为1×1015ions/cm2 的氧离子注入掺钠的铌酸钙钡晶体(Na∶CBN)形成了平面光波导.并且在200 ℃退火30 分钟.分别用棱镜耦合法和端面耦合法测量了退火前后波导的有效折射率和近场光强分布.
利用准玻色子方法发展的激子动力学方程是研究半导体纳米结构中激子超快动力学的有效理论手段.为了将这种方法应用于半导体量子阱,需要知道量子阱中的激子波函数及其在动量空间的表示,从而得到激子动力学方程方程中所必须的系数.
