本文分析了我国家族企业产权制度存在的问题,构建了现阶段我国家族企业产权制度的演进模式,指出了家族企业应在家庭绝对控股的基础上适当开放产权,明晰产权和权责利关系,在现代公司治理模式下灵活决定所有权和经营权是否分立,从而建立具有中国特色的现代家族产权制度.
