T300/648复合材料湿热老化行为研究

研究了单向铺层的T300／648复合材料在四种湿热环境中的吸湿行为,利用扫描电镜了材料吸湿过程中的树脂与纤维界面变化,采用动态热机械分析仪研究了复合材料玻璃化转变温度与储能模量的变化.结果表明在较高的温度和湿度下会使水分的扩散速率增加.随着老化试验的进行树脂与纤维界面发生弱化,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度老化初期下降较快,后期相对平缓;而储能模量则是前期下降较慢后期相对较快.
