In the present work, vibration characteristics of new composites which are composed of vapor growth carbon fiber (VGCF) reinforcements and aluminum (Al) matrix are investigated.VGCF is a one of carbon nano-tubes (CNT) with extremely high thermal conductivities and present composites are produced by spark plasma sintering methods with A1 and Al-12%Si powders resulting in over 700 W/mK thermal conductivities.
