复方肝康片质量标准研究

【摘要】

：

目的：建立复方肝康片的质量标准.方法：采用薄层色谱法,以丹酚酸B为对照,对丹参进行定性鉴别;以黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素、黄芩对照药材为对照,对黄芩进行定性鉴别;以柴胡对照药材为对照,对柴胡进行定性鉴别;以黄芪对照药材为对照,对黄芪进行定性鉴别.采用高效液相色谱法,测定黄芩苷进行含量.结果：定性鉴别阴性无干扰,分离度高;黄芩苷线性范围为13.72～686.0μg/ml,线性回归方程为y=19.97x
