在中锰白口铁的基础上,研究了一种新的锰钛白口铁。文中对钛在其中的作用和影响进行了较系统的研究。结果表明:钛在铸铁中主要以TiC硬质点的形式存在,它能有效地抵抗硬磨粒石英的磨损。这种白口铁的抗磨性ε与钛量成正比,钛量在1.2%时,ε提高了一倍,而其成本增加不到20%。
In the manganese white iron on the basis of the study of a new manganic titanium iron. In this paper, the role and influence of titanium in it are systematically studied. The results show that titanium mainly exists in the form of TiC hard point in cast iron, which can effectively resist the wear of hard abrasive quartz. The abrasion resistance ε of this whitened iron is directly proportional to the amount of titanium. When the amount of titanium is 1.2%, ε is doubled and the cost is increased by less than 20%.
