MEIS1髓系增强子的PU.1调控机制研究

【摘要】

：

造血分化受到多种转录因子的精密调控.谱系决定相关转录因子的异常表达可导致血液分化、成熟受阻,甚至导致白血病.其中,MEIS1和SPI1/PU.1基因在造血干细胞的干性维持以及髓系成熟、分化过程中扮演重要角色,其表达改变与MLL白血病关系密切.分析造血干祖细胞(Lin-Scar+CD34+)和髓系细胞(Lin+Gr1+)染色质免疫沉淀-测序结果发现,在MEIS1基因上存在多个PU.1结合位点.
