　　A study has been carried out to adopt film-evaporator with scrapers in the inspissation of alkali solution in chromate cleaner production, instead of traditional boiler which is considered as inefficient, energy consumptive, hard to operation and insecure.In the evaporator, rotating scratch blade force diluent alkali solution to form film and create falling film evaporation under vacuum condition.
