　　The genus Nocardiopsis belongs to the family Nocardiopsaceae.In this gunus,16S rDNA sequences similarity during different species can reach above 99%.Thus.DNA-DNA homology analysis is indispensable in identification of species level.However,when large numbers of strains need to be analysed using DNA-DNA homology,we not only must confront complex operation.
