Banana oligosaccharides,gained from bananas by water extraction and ethanol precipitation,were separated and purified by using the pillar SephadexG-25.Results are as follows.Optimized processing of banana oligosaccharide extraction is that ratio of material and water (m∶V) is 1∶2,at 60℃,lixiviating for 60min and extracting twice.
