双联炼钢转炉脱磷氧枪的设计研究

钢中磷一般是有害元素,会显著降低钢材的低温冲击韧性.脱磷是炼钢过程的重要任务之一.转炉双联炼钢是生产高品质低磷钢的主要工艺,其中脱磷转炉是利用专用脱磷氧枪,可达到促进化渣效果,满足铁水预脱磷的目的.通过分析转炉炼钢脱磷过程的热力学和物料消耗,设计了马赫数为1.9、氧枪流量为14500 m3/h的四孔脱磷氧枪,利用Fluent软件模拟了脱磷氧枪的速度场、温度场和密度场等分布.模拟发现:四孔脱磷氧枪在枪位为1.5 m时,射流速度约为115 m/s,当射流速度为100 m/s时,最大射流半径为0.28 m.在模拟的基础上,将四孔脱磷氧枪用于120 t转炉双联生产过程,取得了良好的冶炼效果:过低的温度不利于炉渣熔化,影响脱磷进行,可控制脱磷终点温度在1 370℃左右;碳含量越低,磷含量越低,转炉终点碳含量大于2.8%时能满足脱碳炉热量要求;半钢磷含量平均可达到0.018%,平均脱P率可达到79.2%.同时分析了渣量对脱磷终点磷含量的影响.随着渣量的增大,半钢磷含量呈先下降后上升的趋势.
