Protein adsorption plays an important role in many biotech nological applications, such as biosensors, protein separation,drug delivery, biocatalyst, artificial biomaterials, etc.Among these applications, proper adsorbed protein orientation is a key issue for the performance of biosensors, biocatalyst and biomaterials because protein orientation will affect the accessibility of the active site of enzyme or the antigen recognition site of antibody.
