：
目的：观察腓骨近端部分切除对膝内侧K-L分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级骨关节炎的治疗效果。方法：2013年6月-2014年6月,对31例膝内侧Ⅱ-Ⅲ级骨关节炎患者进行了腓骨近端部分切除治疗。治疗前和治疗后3、6个月对患者进行随访并进行安大略西部和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index, WOMAC)评分
