In todays displays technology,organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs) have been applied in every aspectsof life.However,transparent conductive electrodes are a key factor and playing a decisive role for flexibleOLEDs.In this work,we mainly focus on MoO3-Silver alloys-MoO3(MSM) as the bottom electrode forhighly flexible organic light emitting diodes due to its lower sheet resistance and more simple fabricationprocess than these alternative material replacing ITO mentioned above.Here we induce calcium-silver alloysby coevaporating silver and calcium to get uniform films as middle layer in MSM electrode which shows thehigh conductivity at the thickness of 8 nm.In addition,quasi-random nanostructure is induced on the PETsubstrate.
