  In this talk,I will present a method for in vivo construction of supramolecular biomaterials for biomedical applications.The advantages of our system include:i) structure-controllable preparation of self-assembled nanomaterials in living systems (e.g.,cell or mice);ii) correlation of molecular packing mode with resulting biological function;iii) assembly-induced retention (AIR) effect significantly increase the retention ofdrug in disease site.
