结合某型号飞机某部件疲劳定寿试验,研究了复合材料单筋长桁端头低能量冲击特性。研究表明:复合材料结构具有优良的静强度和疲劳强度特性,但冲击损伤是影响复合材料结构强度和安全的重要因素,哪怕是低能量的冲击损伤,都会对结构造成潜在的危险。在冲击试验中冲击参数明显地影响结构的损伤的程度、损伤的内部外部特性,并且发生在长桁端头处的冲击会产生刚硬得多的结构响应。冲击损伤的程度直接影响结构的静承载能力,在一定的冲击损伤下,复合材料结构并不发生疲劳扩展。
Combined with the fatigue life test of a certain type of aircraft, the low energy impact characteristics of single long steel truss ends were studied. The results show that the composite structure has excellent static strength and fatigue strength characteristics. However, the impact damage is an important factor affecting the strength and safety of the composite structure. Even the low-energy impact damage will pose a potential hazard to the structure. Impact parameters in impact tests significantly affect the degree of damage to the structure, the internal external properties of the damage, and the impact that occurs at the ends of the stringers results in a much harder structural response. The degree of impact damage directly affects the static load carrying capacity of the structure. Under some impact damage, the composite structure does not fatigue-expand.
