秋华柳对镉污染土壤的修复潜力研究

  为阐明秋华柳对Cd 的富集效应和耐受解毒机制,探究其对Cd 污染土壤的修复潜力。本文以秋华柳为实验材料,研究了秋华柳的生长状况,光合特性,叶绿素荧光特性,抗氧化物酶活性,营养元素含量,巯基肽含量,各器官和亚细胞组分中的Cd 含量及根、茎去果胶细胞壁和去果胶去半纤维素细胞壁的Cd 含量。
