The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of energy level on the performance,blood composition and carcass yield of rabbits in the local population.One hundred and five male (105) rabbits of 42 daysold,were used over a 7 week period.The young rabbits were allotted to three groups of 35 rabbits each and fed with three dietary iso crude fiber (13%) and isonitrogenous (14.5%) but containing different digestible energy levels including 2551 kcal/kg for the control group (C),2240 kcal /kg for group (A) and 2707 kcal/kg for group (B).
