啤酒糟和发酵啤酒糟取代部分豆粕饲喂肉鹅对比试验

目的:为研究啤酒糟、发酵啤酒糟替换日粮中部分豆粕,对肉鹅生产性能和肠道菌群的影响. 方法:采取随机完全试验设计,选取250只28日龄健康皖西肉鹅根据体重原则随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只.分别用啤酒糟、发酵啤酒糟替换日粮中10%、20%豆粕,持续6周. 结果:与对照组相比,啤酒糟取代10%豆粕组肉鹅日增重显著提高(P<0.05),发酵啤酒糟取代20%豆粕组,肉鹅日增重和采食量显著下降(P<0.05);啤酒糟取代20%豆粕组和发酵啤酒糟取代10%豆粕组,肉鹅生长性能未明显改变(P>0.05);啤酒糟取代10%、20%豆粕组,肉鹅肠道大肠杆菌和沙门菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),双歧杆菌和乳酸菌数量高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);发酵啤酒糟取代10%豆粕组,肠道双歧杆菌数量显著升高(P<0.01);发酵啤酒糟取代20%豆粕组肠道双歧杆菌和乳酸菌数量显著升高(P<0.01). 结论:由本试验得出,啤酒糟取代日粮中10%豆粕可改善肉鹅肠道菌群,提高其生长性能;发酵啤酒糟取代20%豆粕可改善肉鹅肠道菌群,不影响其生长性能,取代豆粕量达20%则会降低肉鹅采食量,阻碍其生长发育.
