针对大同市二次供水管理中存在的加压设施数量多,二次供水多头管理和水质污染事故频发的现状,分析了二次加压供水设施的建设管理、使用管理和运行、维费费来源等方面存在的问题,从法制管理层面有针对性地提出应对措施.
