在场地地基承载力不足的情况下,工程师通常采取纯桩基础使地基基础能够达到建筑物的承载力要求。然而在这种情况下,常规纯桩基往往忽略了土体对基础的作用,这部分反作用力往往能达到上部结构荷载的20%~30%,如果不考虑这部分反作用力,就会造成很大的浪费。在场地地质条件较好的地区,通常场地土的承载力很高,如果能够根据场地情况对地基土进行适当的加固处理,也能使场地地基达到建筑的承载力要求,大大节约造价。对实际工程中采用CFG桩的一些场地处理实例进行了分析。
