单机架冷轧机非稳态轧制厚度精度影响因素分析及对策

在单机架冷轧机厚度控制系统中,非稳态轧制非常容易造成厚度精度不稳定,研究表明导致带材厚度波动的两个关键因素是轧制模型与AGC模型精度,而轧制模型精度与AGC精度有着非常紧密的关系,根据实际经验及理论分析只要确保设定轧制力与实际轧制力偏差在5%以内及AGC响应速度足够快,就能保证带材的厚度精度足够好.但是在实践中要保证轧制模型始终有如此高的精度是一件非常困难的事,往往依靠操作工的经验来提高预设定的精度,但这会使预设定的精度变得十分不稳定,因此解决此问题的根本还是要解决轧制模型与AGC系统精度不足的问题,但是轧制模型结构一旦确定,提高精度是很困难的,因此习惯通过调整AGC系统来解决此难题.通过对宝新公司某台单机架可逆轧机AGC控制系统关键参数进行MATLAB仿真建模分析,发现了在非稳态轧制过程中厚度控制精度不好的主要原因,并提出了针对该轧机AGC控制模型的控制参数优化方案并用于实际生产,在一定程度上弥补厚度波动,同时也指出了这种方法的局限性以及此种方法可能带来的副作用.
