COR、MTI、MTD雷达系统射频脉冲序列频率不稳会引起固定杂波谱展宽,产生对消剩余,导致MTI、MTD系统性能下降。射频脉冲序列频率不稳表现为脉内频率变化与脉内平均频率的脉间变化。若仅考虑脉间频率变化,则射频脉冲列列中第个脉冲的平均频率相对于脉冲序列平均频率的差构成一个时间序列,称之为频率抖动序列,通过对实际磁控管发射机频率抖动序列的研究,根据MTI、MTD系统对射频脉冲序列频率稳定度的要求,提出了射频脉冲短期频率稳定度在时域和频域的量度定义、并讨论了量度定义同MTI、MID系统改善因子限制值之间的关系,最后给出实际应用时得到的一些结果。
