  Low metal contact resistivity (Rc) and low reverse saturation current (J0e) of the emitter are both expected when optimizing the solar cell parameters.In this paper, a systematical research is conducted to study the influence of surface morphology on Rc and J0e.Three types of surface morphology were investigated, including iso-texture, random upright pyramids and flat surface,which were fabricated by acid etching, alkaline etching and TMAH polishing respectively.After double side surface passivation by Al2Ox/Si3Nx stacked layers, silver paste was printed on the surface with a pattern of transmission line model (TLM) for contact resistance measurement.
