Objective To study the effect of solanine on the sialic acid (SA) level and blocking degree of tumor cells in H22 tumor-bearing mice.Methods H22 tumor-bearing mice model was developed and the mice were treated sc with saline,Cytoxan (CTX),and solanine (9.375,18.75,and 37.5 mg/kg,respectively).SA level and blocking degree of tumor cell membrane in H22 mice were determined by chromatometry with kit.
