This study was conducted to determine the optimum level of palm kernel cake to include in the diet of crossbred Boer kids based on meat instrumental attributes.The experiment was conducted at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science of the Federal University of Bahia,located in Salvador,Brazil,over the period from August to November 2012,with 15 days for animal adaptation to diets and daily management and 72 days for data collection.
