MiRNA-10b is an important member of the MicroRNA family, it has been proven that miRNA10b can promote the growth and invasion of variety of tumor cells.The aim of this study is to to investigate the effect and mechanism ofmiRNA-10b on proliferation and invasion of low metastasis of lung cancer cell line(95-C).Methods: 95-C cells were randomly allocated into 3 groups: blank group, empty vector transfected group and miRNA-10b expression plasmid transfected group.
