研究随机抽取福建纹胸鮡标本238尾,以脊椎骨为主要年龄鉴定材料,胸鳍棘切片作对照,相符率达91.89%。 年轮主要形成于3,4,5月,种群由5个年龄组组成,以2,3年龄组为主。生长特点属均匀生长型,体长与体重呈指数 关系:W=0.0128 L3.2131(r=0.9019)。推算各龄体长,得Von Bertalanffy生长方程:Lt=14.02[1-e-0.2541(t+0.0696)],Wt =61.9193[1-e-0.2541(t+0.0696)]3.2131。体重生长拐点年龄t=4.53龄,对应L=9.6743 cm,W=18.7977 g。第1~2龄 生长迅速,且2龄年增积量最大。对年龄鉴定材料和数据的处理方法进行了探讨。
In the study, 238 specimens of Chestnut chestnut were randomly selected, and the main material of the vertebrae was identified, and the pectoral section of the pectoral fin was used as control.
