全氟有机物(PFCs),尤其是全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)和全氟辛酸(PFOA)是一类新型持久性存在的有机污染物,具有强稳定性的C-F键结构,使其疏水疏油,并在自然环境中难光解、难代谢、难生物降解,且能够伴随食物链的传递在生物机体内富集,生物蓄积性强.因全氟有机物具有很高的化学、生物和热稳定性,被广泛应用在工业、商业及消费品中.例如作为地毯、皮革、炊具、运动衣、纸、食品容器及纺织品的表面保护材料;消防泡沫、地板蜡、洗发露、油漆及墨水中的高性能化学品;工业中的表面活性剂、乳化剂、湿润剂、添加剂以及不粘锅涂层等.本研究以蔬菜样品为研究对象,基于改进的QuEChERS方法结合磁性纳米粒子以及具有高灵敏度和选择性的高效液相色谱串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)对全氟化合物进行检测分析。
