运用道化学火灾、爆炸危险指数评价法对某长江内河航道码头拟建的船用LNG加气站潜在的火灾爆炸危险性进行了定量分析,结果表明经过安全措施补偿后,火灾爆炸危险性下降了一个等级,暴露半径和暴露区域分别为补偿前的55.9%和31.2%,提出通过采取防火技术措施、落实安全教育、确保消防设施完好有效、加强站区安全管理等有针对性的防火安全措施,为船用LNG加气站设计和后期运行管理提供参考。
The potential fire and explosion risk of a marine LNG refueling station proposed for a certain river inland waterway wharf is quantitatively analyzed using Dow Chemical Fire and Explosion Hazard Indexes. The results show that after the safety measures are taken, the risk of fire and explosion is reduced by one Grade, exposure radius and exposed area were 55.9% and 31.2% before compensation, respectively. Proposed by taking fire prevention and technical measures, the implementation of safety education, to ensure the fire facilities are intact and effective, to strengthen the station safety management and other targeted fire safety measures for the Marine LNG refueling station design and post-operational management provide a reference.
