目的 低剂量计算机断层扫描(LDCT)作为一种早期肺癌筛查的新方法被提出,尤其在对年老的肺癌高危人群的普查方面发挥出重要优势.本文荟萃分析通过比较LDCT与x射线胸透在老年人口中肺癌筛查的优劣,系统地审查LDCT对肺癌筛查人群诊断和预后的影响.
