目的:研究探讨不同剂量酒精对实验性糖尿病大鼠血瘀状态的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素制成糖尿病大鼠模型,将其随机分为糖尿病对照组、少量饮酒组和大量饮酒组,并设正常对照组。观察大鼠一般状态,30天后拍摄舌象,分析比较舌质色泽的深浅及舌下脉络的长短迂曲程度,并对4组大鼠采血测血流变、血糖并进行分析。结果:①糖尿病3组血瘀比例显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01);少量饮酒组舌下脉络血瘀比例显著低于大量饮酒组及糖尿病对照组(P<0.01)。②糖尿病3组血流变较正常对照组明显升高;少量饮酒组的全血高切显著低于糖尿病对照组及大量饮酒组(P<0.01);大量饮酒组的血流变学各项指标(除红细胞压积外)均显著高于糖尿病对照组及少量饮酒组(P<0.05)。结论:少量饮酒能改善红细胞变形性从而有助于改善糖尿病大鼠的血瘀状态。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different doses of alcohol on blood stasis in experimental diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetic rats were induced by streptozotocin, and were randomly divided into diabetic control group, a small amount of drinking group and a large number of drinking group, and a normal control group. The general condition of the rats was observed. The tongue images were taken after 30 days. The depth of the tongue color and the tortuosity of the sublingual ganglion were analyzed. The blood rheology and blood glucose of the four groups were measured and analyzed. Results: (1) The proportion of blood stasis in diabetic group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P <0.01). The percentage of blood stasis in sublingual choroid in a small amount of drinking group was significantly lower than that of drinking group and diabetic control group (P <0.01). (2) The blood rheology of diabetic group 3 was significantly higher than that of the normal control group; the high blood glucose of the small drinking group was significantly lower than that of the diabetic control group and the heavy drinking group (P <0.01); the indexes of hemorheology (Except for hematocrit) were significantly higher than the diabetic control group and a small amount of drinking group (P <0.05). Conclusion: A small amount of drinking can improve the deformability of erythrocytes and thus help to improve the blood stasis status of diabetic rats.
