　　Proteomics is a promising subject to discover potential biomarkers that could be used in the diagnosis and better understanding of human diseases.One of challenges in proteome study is the detection of the low abundance proteins, which play important roles in the life procedures.Due to the extremely high sensitivity of fluorescence detection, fluorescence derivatization of the low abundance proteins might be an effective way to solve this problem.
