对有效容积1000 m3~5000 m3级高炉壳体结构的设计方法和结构用钢重点进行了论述,指出了壳体结构在弹性和弹塑性阶段应分别按规则设计和分析设计方法进行计算;通过实验研究和总结几十年的生产实践经验,提出了壳体结构用钢的牌号及其许用应力值。
The design method of the shell structure of 1000 m3 ~ 5000 m3 blast furnace and the emphasis of structural steel are discussed. It is pointed out that the shell structure should be calculated according to the rule design and the analysis design method respectively in the elastic and elastoplastic phases. Research and summarize decades of production experience, put forward the structural steel grades and the allowable stress value.
