  ACC脱氨酶(ACC deaminase)是植物促生菌中常见的一种酶,通过调节乙烯浓度和植物激素来促进植物生长帮助宿主抵抗逆境胁迫.本研究以沿海滩涂上生长的盐生植物中华补血草为植物材料,结合根际菌及植物内生菌的分离方法从中分离筛选得到23株具有ACC脱氨酶活性的菌株,对其ACC脱氨酶活性进行定量检测,有11株菌的ACC脱氨酶含量在20 μmol α-KA/(mg Pr·h)以上,其中KLBMP 5315菌株的ACC脱氨酶活性较高,达149.26 μmol α-KA/(mg Pr·h).同时测定供试菌株固氮、溶磷、产植物生长素IAA及耐盐能力.结果表明筛选得到的ACC脱氨酶活性的菌株大都具有一种以上的其它潜在促生功能,这些菌株的盐(NaCl)耐受范围多数在0-13%,少数菌株能耐受23%的盐浓度.通过16S rRNA基因测序及系统发育分析,供试测序的菌株分属于7个属,包括节杆菌属(Arthrobacter)、沙雷氏菌属(Serratia)芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、原小单孢氏菌属(Promicromonospora)、泛菌属(Pantoea)、肠杆菌属(Enterobacteriaceae),其中节杆菌属有12株,是其中的优势菌属.本研究获得了具有潜在促生活性的菌株,为后续研究内生菌促进盐生植物生长及抵抗逆境胁迫提供了优质菌种资源,有良好的研究意义及应用前景.
