A new process for sulfur-fixing reduction smelting spent lead-acid battery colloid sludge in fused sodium salt at low temperature have been proposed. In the process, using secondary zinc oxide as sulfur-fixing agent and coke powders as reducing agent, spent lead-acid battery colloid sludge can be reduced into crude lead and SO4 2-in it can be reduced and converted to ZnS in the molten salt system of NaOH-Na2CO3at 1073 K to 1173 K(800 ℃ to 900 ℃),realizing the clean smelting the secondary lead at low-temperature with little discharge of carbon dioxide.
