本文研究了Ti-1.5Al-0.5Fe-0.2Si钛合金薄板在不同变形量下冷轧的组织和性能,并经热处理后分析其显微组织和力学性能,探讨了不同冷轧变形量对薄板组织和性能的影响。结果表明Ti-1.5Al-0.5Fe-0.2Si钛合金具有良好的冷变形能力,冷轧变形量达70%时仍保持较好的塑性。通过分析不同冷变量对其组织和性能的影响,认为该合金冷轧变形量至少应达到40%才能获得较好的综合性能。
In this paper, the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-1.5Al-0.5Fe-0.2Si titanium alloy sheet under different deformations were studied. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the Ti-1.5Al-0.5Fe-0.2Si titanium alloy sheet after heat treatment were analyzed. The impact of organization and performance. The results show that the Ti-1.5Al-0.5Fe-0.2Si titanium alloy has a good cold deformation capacity, while maintaining a good plasticity when the amount of cold deformation reaches 70%. By analyzing the influence of different cold variables on the microstructure and properties, it is considered that the cold rolling deformation of the alloy should reach at least 40% to obtain good overall performance.
