目的：牙周炎是牙周支持组织的慢性感染性疾病,脂多糖(lipopolysaccharides,LPS)是革兰氏阴性菌重要的病原体相关分子模式(PAMP),是被研究最多的牙周炎的主要致病因子之一.LPS不仅对牙周组织有很强的毒性,还可以通过结合细胞表面的模式识别受体,启动固有免疫应答并产生多种细胞因子.这些细胞因子对于炎症和组织损伤的促进作用远大于LPS本身的毒性作用.非折叠蛋白反应(unfolded
