  目的:牙周炎是牙周支持组织的慢性感染性疾病,脂多糖(lipopolysaccharides,LPS)是革兰氏阴性菌重要的病原体相关分子模式(PAMP),是被研究最多的牙周炎的主要致病因子之一.LPS不仅对牙周组织有很强的毒性,还可以通过结合细胞表面的模式识别受体,启动固有免疫应答并产生多种细胞因子.这些细胞因子对于炎症和组织损伤的促进作用远大于LPS本身的毒性作用.非折叠蛋白反应(unfolded protein response,UPR)是细胞在不利生存环境下为维持内质网稳态而产生的一种保护性应答,同时参与免疫应答并发挥着重要的作用.
