East Kunlun Orogenic Belt (EKOB) located in the northern margin of Qing-Tibet Plateau,is a typical compound continental orogenic belt,and basically includes two stages of continent-ocean evolution related Proto-Tethys in Early Paleozoic and Paleo-Tethys in Late Paleozoic,respectively (e.g.,Yang et al.,1996;Xu et al.,2006;Li et al.,2013a,b).Buqingshan tectonic mélange belt (BTMB) is located in the Buqingshan-Manite area,southern margin of EKOB,Central Orogen-ic Belt (COB) of Chnia,geographically.It is bounded by the EKOB to the north and the Hoh Xil -Bayan Har orogenic belt to the south.To the east,it is joined with the Anyemaqen tectonic belt.This belt extends in a E-W direction,with a width of 10 km and a length of 35km,recording some important continent-ocean evolution in-formation concerning the Neoproterozoic-Early Paleozoic Proto-Tethyan Ocean.
