随着重庆地区天然砂资源日益短缺,采用机制砂完全代替天然砂配制混凝土势在必行,本文分析了重庆地区机制砂的基本性质,探讨了机制砂混凝土的配比参数,试验研究了全机制砂混凝土的性能。结果表明:机制砂混凝土的收缩率与天然中砂混凝土相差不大,力学性能、抗渗性和抗碳化性能均优于天然中砂混凝土。
With the shortage of natural sand resources in Chongqing, it is imperative to make the pure sand instead of natural sand to make concrete. In this paper, the basic properties of mechanized sand in Chongqing are analyzed, and the matching parameters of mechanized sand concrete are discussed. Sand concrete performance. The results show that the shrinkage rate of the machine-made sand concrete is similar to that of the natural medium-sand concrete, and its mechanical properties, impermeability and carbonation resistance are better than the natural medium-sand concrete.
