  Stone coal is an important vanadium mining resource widely used in industry.Vanadium pentoxide is directly extracted from the stone coal by roasting with sodium salt in traditional vanadium fabrication process.This method has the lower leaching rate of vanadium and produces large harmful gases and dusts during the process.In recent years,many researches have been focused on leaching vanadium from stone coal with low concentration sulfuric acid.However, this technology has the most disadvantage of lower leaching rate due to weaker chemical reaction intensity under the low concentration and atmospheric pressure conditions.So this paper aims at developing an effectively new technology extracting vanadium from stone coals.
